Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. Auxiliary Groups are comprised of dedicated volunteers who donate countless hours and resources to supporting our mission to provide victims of domestic violence with safe shelter, crisis intervention and resources, and to educate the community in order to Stop Abuse For Everyone (SAFE) through Intervention, Education and Advocacy. 

Women In Distress has two auxiliary groups, WIDA (Women In Distress Auxiliary) and PEARR (Professionals Educating and Advocating Respect in Relationships). These groups of active volunteers serve as fundraising organizations for Women In Distress. If you are a volunteer at Women In Distress and would like to share time, energy, enthusiasm, and talent, we invite you to join WIDA or PEARR. As a member of Women In Distress Auxiliary Groups, you will be a part of a group known for its service and commitment to Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc.
